You’ll be sourcing fresh food, working to a budget, supporting to lead the team alongside the Chef Manager and adding some flavour to our residents’ lives! Mealtimes are important, so we are looking for someone who can create exciting menus and recipes; after all, some of the happiest memories are made around the dinner table. Some of our residents may have cultural or dietary requirements, we are looking for someone who can consider their needs, likes and dislikes to ensure that they look forward to and enjoy their mealtimes.

You’ll support with menu plans, stock control, complete HACCP documents, adhere to Food Hygiene regulations and work to the budget, so we need someone who can cross the T’s and dot the I’s, as well as serving up delicious pies.
